Had this chair for a couple of years now and have spent a lot of covid time sitting in it working from home. Very comfortable for a working day. The only gripe I have is that the plastic lumbar support broke recently and even though the chair is listed with a 10 year warranty I can’t get the lumbar support fixed at the retailer as I don’t have my receipt. I would even buy the replacement part if I could get a response from the manufacturer. This part seems to be the weakest and is likely to break several times during the warranty period.
